Dinner



Pork Chops with sauerkraut and apples

Drain and rinse a quart of kraut. Brown flour-coated chops (the kind with the bone in them) in a hot pan.

Slice 2 apples.

Place kraut in a layer on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer the chops, and the apples.

Dust with brown sugar and cracked black pepper.

Bake at 400 for 1/2 hour to 1 hour til done.
